Close or De-Activate Account
De-Activate your account:
De-Activating your account will allow you to still have an account on our system, but you will not be able to receive Notifications and/or be seen by Schools.
This option should only be selected if you may want to Re-Activate your account at a future time.
Your account details will remain on our system if you registered or re-registered with us within the last 2 years, and will be deleted on the timeline noted in our Membership Terms and Conditions.
If you registered or re-registered in 2024, and you want to be Re-Activated, then simply email us. RSM will then verify your details and Re-Activate you. However...
If you did not register or re-register in 2024, then you will need to re-register before we can Re-Activate your account.
To De-Activate your account, simply click on the below Button and follow the steps on the De-Activate / Close Account Form.
Close your account:
Closing your account will delete your account on our system, and you will not be able to use our system again.
This option should only be selected if you do not want to use our service again.
Once you delete your account, the account details will be deleted on the timeline noted in our Membership Terms and Conditions.
To Close your account, simply click on the below Button and follow the steps on the De-Activate / Close Account Form.
