What Happens When You Upgrade
From Upgrading your Plan to your first booking - in four simple steps:
Select Upgraded Plan
You can Upgrade your Plan at anytime, but up to 4 weeks before your current expiry date. To Upgrade simply Login to your account and select the Upgrade Plan Tab on the menu.
Instant Account Update
Provided your Registration and your ‘Key Documents’ have not expired, your plan updates immediately after the upgrade is submitted and paid.
New 12-Month Access
Get seen by more schools and organisations, increasing your chances of being booked for your range of Areas of Expertise.
More Preferred Workplaces
Upgrading from your free trial begins a new 12-month registration period. Upgrading at any other time continues your account to your original expiry date.
Upgrades made within 4 weeks of your expiry date will be processed as a re-registration.

How Upgrades Work
All Upgrades are a PAID plan'.
You can Upgrade anytime to a higher plan.
You can Upgrade to 4, 8 or 12 preferred workplaces.
Example:
1–2 workplaces → upgrade to 4, 8, or 12
4 workplaces → upgrade to 8 or 12
8 workplaces → upgrade to 12
If you are already on the highest plan:
No further upgrades are available.
