Deactivate Account

Best for: Taking a break but may return later.

What happens when you deactivate:

✔ Your account is hidden from schools
✔ You will stop receiving notifications
✔ Your details remain saved in our system
✔ You can request reactivation in the future

Important:

If you registered within the last 2 years, your details are retained.
If you have not registered recently, you may need to re-register before reactivation.

You must login to your account and select the De-Activate Tab on your accounts sidebar menu, then follow the instructions on the page to De-Activate your Account.

👉 Close permanently removes your account.

Close Account

Best for: Users who are certain they will not use the service again.

What happens when you close your account:

⚠ Your account will be permanently deleted
⚠ You will lose access to the platform
⚠ This action cannot be undone

Important:

Before closing, we recommend you consider deactivating your account, just in case you decide to return later.

You must login to your account and select the Close Tab on your accounts sidebar menu, then follow the instructions on the page to Close your Account.

If I de-activate my account, can I reactivate my account later?

Yes - simply contact our team and we will assist with your reactivation.

Will my data be deleted?

Accounts are removed according to our Membership Terms & Conditions.
