If you just registered as a School or Business on a...

  • 'RSM Administered' Subscription - we will contact you as soon as possible using your registered information, either by email or phone to discuss all your relief staffing needs. An Invoice will be emailed after this discussion.

  • 'YWOT' & 'YWOT +RSM' Subscriptions - you will need to make the relevant payment before your account can be activated.  Therefore, please read the below information, make your selection and payment from the below options.

Organisation - Single Location.

Your Workforce Our Technology ‘YWOT' -

  • Select the number of Registrations you need to register your existing verified staff. 

  • These staff are who you intend to use for relief work using our App. 

  • There is a successful Acceptance Fee of 0.40 cents for each accepted Booking.

Your Workforce Our Technology 'YWOT +RSM' [Currently only available for Schools in Perth] -

  • Includes your 'YWOT' selection, but allows you to also submit Booking Requests to use relief staff from our RSM database.

  • An additional $30.00 payment is made for each successful Accepted Booking for relief staff used through our database.

Organisation - Multiple Locations. 

Your Workforce Our Technology ‘YWOT' -

  • The School or Business Head Office selects the number of Registrations you need to register your existing verified staff for your selected locations.

  • These staff are who your organisation intends to use for relief work using our Relief Staff Maestro App. 

  • There is a successful Acceptance Fee of 0.40 cents for each accepted Booking.

  • Head Office administers & controls all locations / staff.

  • Each location's relief coordinator controls each of their own relief staff's database and allocates specific Categories for each relief staff's Areas of Expertise.
