Relief Staff Re-Registration Information & Procedures
To Re-Register, please read the information in the following sections and then follow the instructions carefully before clicking the Re-Register Now button at the bottom of this page.
All Teaching and Non-Teaching Relief Staff need to select their new School Plan (details and prices are listed in the below table) and then submit their Re-Registration. All Re-Registrations expire 12 months from Re-Registration date.
Once you submit your Re-Registration, your account will remain in its ‘real-time’ status of Activated or De-Activated depending on your uploaded TRBWA (Teachers) / WWCC (All Staff) / SCN (Non-Teachers) documents:
(1) Activated – if your respective TRBWA / WWCC / SCN Documents are all current.
(2) De-Activated – if one or more of your respective TRBWA / WWCC / SCN Documents have expired. You should have received a due to expire Document email from us 8 weeks prior to your Document expiry date and an expired Document email from us on the expiry date.
Re-Registration School Plans: DISCOUNTED Plans / LOYALTY Plans:
1) School Plan for 1 Preferred School - Discounted by 25% of our normal new standard registration, and is available for all relief staff.
2) School Plan for 2 Preferred Schools (2025 Graduates) - Discounted by 25% of our normal new standard registration. This Plan is only available for 2025 graduates. Your Graduation Certificate must be included in the Qualifications / Certification section of your registration.
3) School Plan for 2 Preferred Schools (Education Assistant relief for 3rd or 4th Year University Teaching students) - Discounted by 25% of our normal standard registration. This Plan is only available for 2025 university enrolled 3rd or 4th year teaching students. Your 2025 Enrolment transcript showing your University / Course Title / 3rd or 4th must be included in the Qualifications / Certification section of your registration.
4) All our Paid Plans now have a Loyalty Bonus for all our relief staff Re-Registering in 2026 - All Re-Registered members will get 4 Extra Preferred Schools for each Paid Plan. The Loyalty Bonus is only offered once, and only when members submit their 2026 Re-Registration. The Loyalty Bonus is not offered at any other time during your 12 months Subscription.

Our 12 Preferred Schools Plan, members will get 16 Schools.
Please note, failure to make your Payment or provide the relevant Certificate (2025 Graduate) or Transcript (3rd or 4th Year University Teaching Students) when you register will delay your activation.
